Your HR Service Center

The HR Service Center works to provide a solid onboarding experience for those applicants selected to work at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. We also provide a central resource for many transactional events encountered by employees. These include the Federal Form I-9, fingerprinting for the pre-hire criminal background check, ID photos, and Non-Employee Personnel Action Request referred to as NEPAR.

Additionally, the HR Service Center provides letters to employees needing to verify employment or income, serves as a point of contact for law enforcement serving subpoenas, and processes certain employee benefits forms including those for the Public Employee Retirement System better known as PERS.
