Dr. L. William Clem Endowed Memorial Scholarship

The Dr. L. William Clem Endowed Memorial Scholarship is a scholarship fund generously established by Dr. Wei Fu and Dr. Fei Lu. This endowment provides financial support for graduate student travel awards. The L. William Clem International Travel Award is a prestigious merit-based scholarship supporting students’ travel to present their research findings at an international conference. In addition, two smaller awards are available for exceptional pre-candidacy graduate students who need financial support to present their data at national or regional meetings.

Graduate students in the Microbiology and Immunology Ph.D. program who are in good academic standing may apply for this award. The recipients will be selected by the program's faculty and approved by the Dean of the School of Graduate Studies in the Health Sciences.
