How to Opt Out of Paperless Billing

  1. On the home page of your MyChart account, click "Menu."
  2. Scroll down to "Billing" and select "Billing Summary."
  3. Under Billing Summary, you'll see the statement, "If you would like to receive paper statements, you may cancel paperless billing." Click "cancel paperless billing."

2. Scroll down to "Billing" and select "Billing Summary."

3. Under Billing Summary, you'll see the statement, "If you would like to receive paper statements, you may cancel paperless billing." Click "cancel paperless billing."
