Degree Programs
Accreditation
The baccalaureate degree program in nursing, the master's degree program in nursing, the Doctor of Nursing Practice program, and the post-graduate APRN certificate program in nursing at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
At the most recent accreditation review in March 2022, the Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice program, and post-graduate APRN certificate program were awarded the maximum 10-year accreditation period.

The Post-Baccalaureate Doctor of Nursing Practice (BSN-DNP) Nurse Anesthesia track is accredited by the Council on Accreditation for Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA). The program's next accreditation review by the COA is scheduled for fall 2031.
