Book and Journal Stacks Request Form

* Please limit requests to five per day. Please fill out this form completely to expedite processing.

Library staff members will retrieve books for use or checkout during the temporary closure of the stacks on the second floor of the library. Copies of journal articles from our print collection will be provided by email during the temporary closure. Bound journal copies will not be available for checkout during this time.

Patrons will be contacted via UMMC email when requested items are available. Please retrieve items within 3 business days.

All books should be returned in the book drop adjacent to the Library exit doors. Books are quarantined for 72 hours after return.
