Research Interests

I am an applied statistician with expertise in analyzing complex systems across diverse domains, including
biology and engineering. My research integrates advanced statistical methodologies with genomics, with a
particular focus on developing novel techniques for modeling and analyzing high-dimensional biological data. I
apply these methodologies to cutting-edge genomic technologies such as single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), spatial transcriptomics (ST), single-cell spatially resolved transcriptomics (SCST), and multi-omic datasets. Additionally, my research extends to the fields of reliability theory and applied stochastic processes, where I explore innovative approaches to modeling uncertainty and system reliability.
