Program topic areas

  • A.I.M.S. (Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and Science) - designed to explore the transformative role of AI in academic medicine and to demystify AI concepts, showcase practical applications, and foster critical dialogue around the ethical, pedagogical, and professional implications of AI integration.
  • EDTalks - designed to empower educators with innovative teaching strategies and fosters a vibrant academic community. Members may contribute expertise to enhance collective teaching practices.
  • Leadership Udesigned to inspire leaders at all stages of their careers by offering fresh perspectives and best practices to enhance their ability to navigate the complexities of leadership in a healthcare environment.
  • The R.E.C. Room - designed to highlight Research Excellence Collaborative (R.E.C.) resources, tools, and tips & tricks of the research trade to enhance collaborative research activities. Members may contribute expertise to improve research practices.
  • Research Roadmapdesigned to introduce the roadmap to research success to faculty new to research. Topics include how to write an abstract, improve Specific Aims, build a research team, and apply for funding.
