Food Court
Located on the first floor of the west end of the Norman C. Nelson Student Union, the Food Court offers a wide variety of choices for breakfast and lunch, and is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Managed by Aramark, the Student Union Food Court offers:
- Breakfast
- B+F by Nick Wallace & TLC Grill Selections
- Salads
- Pizzas
- Grab and Go
There's also plenty of seating on the first floor to dine, including high top tables, benches, and shared seating areas.
Food Truck Friday
In collaboration with the Office of Student Affairs, the Norman C. Nelson Student Union hosts the monthly Food Truck Friday event for all UMMC employees, students, and trainees. A fun and unique way to dine, food trucks are the perfect way to grab a bite to eat during your lunch break!
The events typically take place outside the Student Union (east end grounds) on the last Friday of each month, and run from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The Spring 2026 Food Truck Friday events are currently for:

- February 27
- March 20
- April 24
- May 15
- May 29
