Biography Information
Molly Webb grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a major in Spanish as an Echols Scholar and member of Phi Beta Kappa. After a year of research in bioethics, she attended medical school at Vanderbilt, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She then stayed at Vanderbilt to complete her residency in internal medicine. While working as a hospitalist following residency, she realized that her true passion was for the care and management of patients with complex skin disease. She is thrilled to be joining the Dermatology Department at UMMC. Molly is happily married to a fellow UVA graduate, and they have three young children. Her husband, Lee J, works as the Director of Finance and Facilities at First Presbyterian Church. Outside of medicine, Molly loves spending time with family, running, and cooking.

What do you like about the program?
UMMC's dermatology residency is outstanding in a number of ways, but what truly sets it apart is the people. The faculty members are all top-notch clinicians and gifted teachers who bring a breadth of knowledge and experience that is unmatched. The culture is one of collegiality, genuine support, and excellence. I love working with and learning from the other residents, and I am daily so grateful to be a part of this special program.
