SOM Student Affairs
Welcome to Student Affairs at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine.
We're engaged in fostering an environment that promotes academic success and student development. Our office coordinates a wide variety of services and activities that impact all medical students; operating essentially as a conduit between the student, faculty and administration.
The responsibility and rigor of a modern medical education is well documented. Student Affairs works closely with the student to help them meet these challenges. Our mission is to provide the necessary information, support, guidance and resources needed for success.
The staff is available by email, by telephone and in person to respond to questions, coordinate services and/or address concerns. Don't hesitate to let us know how we can best assist you.
