Get Ready for the New Academic Year with Our Updated Help Desk

As the new academic year begins, the Academic Technology team in DIS is preparing for a wide range of requests from school administrators, faculty, and students. Whether it’s installing applications, troubleshooting software functionality, verifying course enrollments, or syncing Canvas courses with ExamSoft, we're here to help — and now through an improved system.

Starting this year, technology support requests may be submitted through our updated Help Desk at http://servicedesk.umc.edu.

Powered by Neurons for ITSM, our new IT Service Management platform delivers a modern, streamlined, and user-friendly experience. This upgrade is designed to simplify ticket submission and enhance the overall efficiency of your support requests.
