UMMC Greenwood Pay a Bill
Effective August 1, 2026, Greenwood Leflore Hospital will transition to UMMC Greenwood.
For services provided on or after August 1, 2026
Beginning August 1, 2026, billing services at UMMC Greenwood will be administered by UMMC in Jackson.

Effective August 1, 2026, UMMC acquired Greenwood Leflore Hospital. The hospital is now called UMMC Greenwood. UMMC can help you with any billing inquiries related to services provided on or after August 1, 2026. - Will I receive two separate Billing Statements?
If you have services dated both before and after August 1, 2026, you will receive two separate billing statements. Services provided on or after August 1, 2026, will be billed by UMMC and you will receive a UMMC billing statement. - Can UMMC process my payments for services prior to August 1, 2026?
Unfortunately, UMMC cannot process or post payments for services provided before August 1, 2026. For those services, please contact the Greenwood Leflore Hospital business office at (662) 459-1158. You can also pay your Greenwood Leflore Hospital bill online. - Can UMMC add or update my insurance information?
Yes, but any updates UMMC Customer Service makes will only affect services provided on or after August 1, 2026. Yes, you can apply for UMMC Financial Assistance Charity Care. This assistance is available only for hospital services starting on August 1, 2026. Get additional information regarding UMMC Financial Assistance Charity Care. - Is there a discount that can be applied to my charges?
UMMC offers various discounts, including charity and self-pay/uninsured discounts for qualified services. These discounts apply only to hospital services provided on or after August 1, 2026. UMMC professional services may qualify prior to August 1, 2026. If your professional services qualify for a discount, it will be applied automatically.
