MORA honors PICU team, Wade with Spero Awards

The Mississippi Organ Recovery Agency honored Children’s of Mississippi’s Pediatric Intensive Care Unit team and Emily Wade, a registered nurse in the unit, during its 2022 Spero Awards.

The PICU team as a whole won “Most Supportive Care Team” and Wade won Nurse Champion honors.

Latin for “hope,” Spero Awards reflect the hope made possible through organ donation.
