Why did you choose UMMC?:
I chose UMMC because of its exceptional orthopaedic trauma exposure and the opportunity to care for patients with a wide range of complex injuries. I knew I would gain the operative experience, clinical responsibility, and hands-on training I was seeking. What truly set UMMC apart, however, was the faculty. They are genuinely invested in their residents both professionally and personally, and I knew I would be supported by mentors I could call at any time.
