Find Funding Opportunities

Many types of research funding sources are available: federal, state, corporations, foundations, industry sponsored and internally. Many sponsors offer travel awards to attend their national and regional meetings.

For external funding opportunities, the institutional Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) offers UMMC employees access to a new, web-based, funding opportunity search tool called SPINPlus. SPINPlus is designed to help identify funding opportunities, provide automated notices of opportunities, and locate potential collaborators. SPIN has over 40,000 opportunities from more than 10,000 global sponsors. Start searching now.
