Anesthesiology Residency Application Information

The Department of Anesthesiology Residency Training Program only accepts applications through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS). The deadline to submit an application for the upcoming academic year is Oct. 15.

The residency program has ten PGY-1 positions that are approved annually by the Graduate Medical Education Office. The program is categorical, which includes one internship year and three years of clinical anesthesia training.

Interview process

Interviews generally occur from October through January. Applicants can choose to interview either virtually or in-person.  The interview day will start with a welcome and overview of our program from the program director, followed by individual interviews with key faculty, including the departmental chair and program director.
