Main ContentPain Medicine Fellowship Application Information
The deadline to submit an application for the pain medicine fellowship program for the upcoming academic year is June 1. The program accepts applications through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS). The University of Mississippi Medical Center only sponsors J-1 visas.
Interview process
Interviews generally occur in July/August, but may take place until positions are filled. If invited for an interview, applicants attend a half-day of interviews with faculty (including the Department of Anesthesiology chair and program director), lunch with current fellows and a tour of our institution.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, interviews for applicants for this year will be conducted using a virtual medium (WebEx). Candidates will be notified of the interview dates and can select the one that is most convenient. Thank you for considering the pain medicine fellowship program at UMMC.
