Application process

Our program participates in the nationwide Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology fellowship match process through SF match.

Interviews

Currently all the interviews for Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology fellowship program are conducted remotely (via Webex) until further notice.

Application materials requested:

• Personal statement
• Curriculum vitae
• Three letters of recommendation (must be current)
• Medical school transcript, diploma and dean's letter
• USMLE and/or COMLEX transcripts (passing scores from all three steps required)
• ITE scores
• ABA Basic Examination result
• Other board scores if applicable
• ECFMG certificate
