Health Informatics and Information Management Application Procedure
The application with all supporting documents should be submitted by May 15 of the year in which the Health Informatics and Information Management candidate desires enrollment. All applicants pay a nonrefundable application fee of $25.
Any questions related to a submitted application or receipt of support documentation should be directed to the Office of Enrollment Management.

The online application is available for completion between July 1 and the May 15 application deadline of each academic year.
