Help Desk

The mission of the Division of Information Systems' Help Desk is to provide our campus computing community with a single point of contact for questions, problems and procedures. We will strive to resolve as many problem reports or answer information technology-related questions as we can at tier 1, or to escalate an issue to the proper tier for resolution.
