Join Everyday Wellness and Walk With a Doc for a 30-minute walking event at 12:15 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6, at the University Heart entrance. Each event begins with a 10-minute health-focused talk by a resident or attending physician, followed by a 20-minute, 1-mile walk. Wear comfortable shoes and sunscreen.
