Employee engagement survey closes Monday

Published on Monday, February 17, 2025

Your feedback matters! This is your opportunity to be a part of real change to continue to make UMMC a great place to work.

UMMC employees are invited to participate in the Employee Engagement Survey, an important opportunity to share your thoughts on our workplace environment. The survey is open now through Feb. 24, and you should have received an email with a unique link and instructions on how to participate.

This survey helps leadership understand what’s working well and where we can improve—ensuring UMMC continues to be a place where employees feel valued, supported and engaged. In her Feb. 7 VC Notes, Dr. LouAnn Woodward, vice chancellor for health affairs, offered examples of the changes and opportunities produced from the last survey.

Your responses are completely anonymous and will be handled by Press Ganey, an independent third-party administrator, so you can share openly and honestly.

To make participation even more rewarding, Press Ganey will hold weekly prize drawings throughout the survey period. Entering the drawing is completely optional and has no impact on your survey responses—your feedback remains confidential no matter what.

By taking a few minutes to complete the survey, you are helping to shape the future of UMMC. Your insights provide leadership with the information needed to enhance work-life balance, leadership effectiveness and workplace culture. After the survey closes, we’ll share the results along with an action plan that reflects your input — because real change starts with your voice.

Together, we can create a stronger, more supportive workplace for everyone.
