Double your gift’s impact now through Giving TWOsday

Your donation to help complete the University of Mississippi Medical Center’s historicpediatric expansion can go twice as far now through Tuesday, April 30.

Dubbed “Giving TWOsday,” April 30 is the date is when an anonymous donor will match your donation to the Campaign for Children’s of Mississippi, dollar for dollar to double the growth and double the impact of all monetary gifts made now through this one special day.

Through the vision and dedication of philanthropists in Mississippi and across the country, the Campaign for Children’s of Mississippi has raised more than 70 percent of its $100 million goal. The funds will be used to help complete a seven-story addition to the state’s only children’s hospital.

The expansion promises to transform health care for Mississippi’s youngest patients. It will create a new neonatal intensive care unit with 88 private rooms and additional space for private pediatric intensive care rooms. New, state-of-the-art surgical suites will be ready at a moment’s notice for life-saving procedures. Imaging will be done in a center designed just for children. Specialists in cardiology, neurology, orthopaedics, endocrinology and more disciplines will provide outpatient care in a spacious new clinic with parking nearby.
