Since 2009, the University Transplant Guild has been supporting University of Mississippi Medical Center transplant and VAD patients during their time of need through the generous support of donors, such as you!

Last year's farm-to-table inspired Southern Social was a spectacular success! Please consider participating as a sponsor for the 2025 Southern Social and support this worthy cause.

During the first half of 2024, the Guild approved 51 applications for emergency financial need totaling $9,961.99 in direct assistance to patients. These needs were often for emergency access to medications, travel and utilities. The hotel program, which provides short-term accommodations for out-of-town family when their loved one has their transplant or VAD surgery, provided 83 hotel nights totaling
$8,273.44.
