USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) Medical Examination

USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) may require permanent resident (green card) applicants to obtain a medical examination/immigration physical. Only doctors designated by the USCIS as civil surgeons can complete this required immigration exam and sign the required I-693 form. Dr. Ann Kemp, Professor in Family Medicine at UMMC, is a designated civil surgeon.
