Division of Children's Rehabilitation Services

Rehabilitation is a broad field and includes conditions that children are born with (e.g. cerebral palsy, congenital torticollis) and also ones they acquire (e.g. sports injuries, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), spinal cord injuries (SCI)). There is not a focus on just one specialty or body system, but instead our physicians focus on a patient's ability to function in play, at school and at home with specialized adaptations or equipment if necessary.

Mission

To provide a multidisciplinary team approach in order to provide children with disabilities and special needs opportunities to maximize function and independence at home, in recreation and in school.
