First-Year Medical Student Curriculum Update

As part of a planned curriculum restructuring, the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) School of Medicine asked the Department of Dermatology's faculty to take on an elevated role in the Integumentary and Musculoskeletal Unit beginning in January 2024. This initiative, led by Dr. Molly Webb, Dermatology clerkship director, represents our department's highest level of engagement with first-year medical student (M1) coursework.
