My Approach to Healthcare
I am a professor with 27 years of experience in private practice before joining UMMC. I believe in working with our nurses, resident physicians, and medical students to provide the highest quality team-based care for every patient and attention to detail for every pathology specimen which I interpret. In addition to my passion for patient care, I have an abiding interest in improving access to care for Mississippians. I am also an avid American Cancer Society volunteer. My wife and I enjoy traveling to see our 5 children and 8 grandchildren who are spread across the country.
