Biography: Dr. Syed joined UMC in 2020 as an Assistant Professor for Nephrology and Transplant. She obtained her Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery from the Aga Khan University in Pakistan. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Saint Barnabas Medical Center. She completed her Nephrology Fellowship and Transplant Nephrology Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. She is a member of the American Society of Transplantation, National Kidney Foundation, and American Society of Nephrology.
