My Approach to Healthcare
My approach to healthcare is centered on accurate diagnosis, timely communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered clinical decision-making. As Section Head of Breast and GYN Pathology, I view my role as an integral part of the patient care team, helping clinicians obtain clear, clinically meaningful diagnostic information that directly informs patient management and treatment.
I prioritize careful morphologic evaluation, appropriate and judicious use of ancillary studies, thorough clinicopathologic correlation, and effective communication with clinical teams through tumor boards, frozen section consultations and direct consultation. My goal is to provide high-quality, timely, and clinically relevant diagnostic services that support patients, clinicians, trainees, and the broader healthcare system.
