Biography

Gopinath Perumal MBBS, MS, Mch, FRCS Cth is from coimbatore,Tamil Nadu,India. He received his medical degree from MGR medical university and then went on to complete general surgery residency at Calicut Medical college, Kerala, India. He completed cardiothoracic residency from SCTIMST, trivandrum an institute of national importance. He further honed his skils in congenital heart surgery in Westmead children's Sydney, Queensland children's Brisbane, Benoiff children's, UCSF San Francisco and Texas children's, the nation's number one heart center. He has worked as surgeon and faculty in India, Australia and USA and has published peer reviewed articles. In his freetime he enjoys hiking and spending time with his daughter and family.
