Biography
T. Taylor Coleman, M.D., Assistant Professor, Comprehensive Ophthalmology. Dr. Coleman is a native of the Jackson, Mississippi area and a graduate of Millsaps College with a degree in biology. He attended medical school at the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he was a recipient of the Brenda Joy Nicholson, M.D. Scholarship, and was recognized as a Medical Student Research Scholar at the time of graduation. Following medical school, Dr. Coleman also completed his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. As a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist, Dr. Coleman provides complete eyecare including the evaluation and treatment of a wide range of eye problems such as cataracts, glaucoma, and dry eye. When not engaged in patient care or teaching, Dr. Coleman enjoys brewing espresso, reading, and spending time with his spouse and dog.
