Biography

Selioutski earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 2002 at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania and completed her residency in adult neurology at UPMC Hamot.
Following a 2-year fellowship in epilepsy and neurophysiology at the University of Rochester, she became an instructor and later assistant professor before becoming an associate professor of Neurology at the University of Rochester.
Her other faculty or leadership appointments include medical director of the neurophysiology laboratory at UPMC Hamot; adjunct faculty for the Genesee Community Polysomnographic Technology Program in Genesee, New York; and associate director of critical care neurophysiology monitoring at the UR Medicine Epilepsy Center, University of Rochester.
Selioutski is a fellow of American Epilepsy Society and the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society.
Selioutski is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry and American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology with added competency in epilepsy, critical care EEG and intraoperative monitoring.
A peer reviewer for several professional journals, Selioutski has conducted a number of clinical investigations. She has participated in around 40 professional publications/citations and is the coauthor of peer-reviewed journal articles as well as a book chapter.
