Biography

Dr. Pruett uses computational techniques to study physiological dynamics, especially concerning chronic control of salt/water homeostasis and the impact of the kidney on maladaptive cardiac hypertrophy. In addition to physiological modeling techniques, Dr. Pruett uses machine learning and statistics to create virtual populations and digital twins of individuals in order to study the effect of physiological variation on response to drug and device interventions.
