Biography

Dr. Napodano is is originally born and raised from Rochester, New York. He earned his bachelor's in Neuroscience from the University of Rochester while playing 4 years of football. He then went on to earn his medical degree at American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Sint Maarten. Dr. Napodano then moved to Mississippi where he completed his Emergency Medicine residency and a Sports Medicine fellowship at UMMC. He stayed on as faculty after graduating and currently serves as the Associate Program Director for the Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship while working in the Emergency Department. Dr. Napodano also serves as the team physician for Mississippi State Valley University and Jackson State University. In his free time, he enjoys going to a variety of sporting events and spending time / traveling with his wife, Itzel and newborn baby boy, Rudy IV.
