Biography
Dr. Praise Matemavi received her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010 and then went on to complete an osteopathic surgical internship at Sinai Hospital -Detroit Medical Center in 2011. She then went to New York Presbyterian Queens Hospital - Weill Cornell were she completed her general surgery training in 2017. In 2019 she completed an abdominal transplant and hepatopancreatobiliary surgery fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
