Biography
Kyle L. Curtis, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Surgery specializing in transplant and hepatobiliary surgery. He treats patients with complex diseases of the liver, bile ducts, and pancreas and performs liver, kidney, and pancreas transplantation, as well as dialysis access procedures. A Mississippi native, Dr. Curtis is proud to care for patients in the community where he grew up. He completed medical school and general surgery training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center before pursuing advanced fellowship training in transplant and hepatobiliary surgery at Northwestern Hospital in Chicago. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Curtis has a special interest in minimally invasive and robotic approaches to transplant and hepatobiliary surgery. His goal is to provide patients with advanced surgical care while making their experience as comfortable, informed, and supportive as possible.
