Biography
Brittany Bush began her journey in medical imaging by earning an Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology from Hinds Community College in 2012. She then pursued further education at Arkansas State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Magnetic Resonance Imaging along with the Academic Excellence Award in 2013.
With a strong foundation in multiple imaging modalities, Brittany spent eight years working in the medical field before deciding to advance her education. She returned to school to obtain a graduate degree and certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology, excelling in her program and earning multiple awards. In 2022, she successfully completed her master’s degree.
Currently, Brittany serves as an Assistant Professor in the Radiologic Sciences Department and Clinical Coordinator for the Nuclear Medicine Technology Program at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She holds certifications in three imaging modalities: Radiologic Technology, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, and Nuclear Medicine.
