Microsoft OneDrive allows users to store, edit, and share UMMC files and documents in a secure cloud format. Through OneDrive, you can safely access your files and collaborate with your team from anywhere, on any device.

OneDrive is available at no cost to all UMMC faculty, staff, and students. All UMMC email users already have an account through your UMMC credentials (email address/password combination). For easy access, you can sync your account to your PC or Mac, or download the OneDrive app, which is available for Android, iOS, and Windows Phone.

Cloud sharing and storage is not required for UMMC users. However, if this is something you would like to utilize, you must do so via OneDrive.

To access OneDrive, visit  https://ummc-my.sharepoint.com/ and log in using your UMMC email address. 

Note: There must be business reasons for storing PHI, and there must be explicit permission to share internally or externally. When it is appropriate to share via OneDrive or Sharepoint Online, only share with explicit users. If there are any questions regarding storing or sharing, contact the Office of Integrity & Compliance.
