JBI Comprehensive Systematic Review Training Program

Dr. Robin Christian, professor in the School of Nursing, will host the JBI Mississippi Centre of Evidence-Based Practice and U.S. Cochrane Affiliate "JBI Comprehensive Systematic Review Training Program" from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 29 to Oct. 2 in A140 at the School of Nursing.

This program provides hands-on training in conducting systematic reviews across multiple evidence types. Participants will learn to develop focused questions, search and appraise relevant literature and synthesize findings to inform clinical decision-making and guidelines.

By the end of the program, participants will complete a review protocol and be prepared to begin their review. Those who successfully complete the program may become Certified Reviewers, accredited for two years as authors in JBI Evidence Synthesis, a peer-reviewed journal indexed in Embase, Scopus, Mosby's Index, CINAHL and MEDLINE.
