Christina Wright, director of school-based telehealth and outreach; Dr. Jacob Daniels, assistant professor in the Department of Physical Therapy; and Jennifer Tisdale, RN care coordinator, will present the Telehealth Center of Excellence Webinar, "Expanding Access, Easing Burden: Telehealth Innovations in Complex Settings," at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24, online via Teams.
This webinar will explore innovative telehealth projects designed to improve care access in complex environments. Attendees will:
Assess the challenges school districts and their communities face related to access to care
Learn implementation strategies for delivering home-based physical therapy through a telehealth application
Evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of remote patient monitoring (RPM) in reducing hospitalizations related to malnutrition and improving overall health outcomes
