Description:

The Center for Integrative Health (CIH) is hosting its 4th annual Spring into Wellness 5k and Wellness Festival at Holmes Community College (Ridgeland campus) on Saturday, April 12, from 8:30-11:30 a.m. They will have a 5k run, walk and family fun run. During and after the 5k, there will be a wellness festival with free, comprehensive health screenings, massages, acupuncture, yoga and more. We will also have a farmer's market, children's activities and door prizes!
