Description:

Bridget Konadu, PhD, a postdoctoral fellow, and Jordan Hart, a Physiology PhD graduate student, will give the Department of Physiology & Biophysics Seminar at noon on Wednesday, April 16, in CW106 and online via Webex.

Presentations include:

Dr. Bridget Konadu - "Endothelin-1 inhibits PPAR gamma expression and slows pre-adipocyte differentiation into mature adipocytes;"
Jordan Hart - "Caloric Restriction Ameliorates Hypertension and Renal Injury in an Experimental Model of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus."

Refreshments will be served on a first-come, first-served basis. The virtual room will open 10 minutes before the seminar.
