The Workforce Diversity Drive-in Program is open to graduating college seniors, recent college graduates, and graduate students from higher education institutions in the state of Mississippi who are interested in learning from leaders and subject matter experts regarding employability competencies, professionalism, and other essential tools to support the employment search.

Sessions will focus on specific healthcare fields and/or potential entry-level, early-career, or technical career pathways at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC). We invite students from public, private, 2-year and 4-year colleges and universities in Mississippi to participate in a 2.5-hour workforce training session. Graduating high school seniors are also eligible to participate. Please note that participation does not guarantee employment.
