Inclusion Criteria

1. 18 years of age or older;

2. UMMC Full-time Employee; and

3. Karnofsky Performance Status of 100.


Exclusion Criteria

1. Known diagnosis of COVID-19;

2. Participation in another investigational study for COVID-19 in the previous 30 days;

3. Symptoms of respiratory infection;

4. Previous history of blood disorders, G6PD deficiency, dermatitis, psoriasis, porphyria, retinopathy, or prolonged QT syndrome;

5. Pregnancy or breastfeeding;

6. Hypoglycemia; and

7. Currently taking hydroxychloroquine, chloroquine, or QT-prolonging medications.
