Coffee Talk: Speaker Jason White

Good morning! 

Earlier this week, I sat down for a VC Notes Coffee Talk with the Honorable Jason White, who was recently chosen as Mississippi’s Speaker of the House of Representatives. I enjoyed my chat with the speaker, who covered topics like his background and hometown, how and why he got into politics, his feelings on the importance of the Medical Center to this state – especially our role in training health care professionals – and some topics that could come up during this year’s legislative session.
