A new procedure at UMMC to keep air from being trapped will give patients relief and restore quality of life. |
The Medical Center's 2020 Excellence in Research Awards went to faculty based on the cumulative extramural funding they received for original research. This year, due to the unique research needs wrought by the pandemic, UMMC also granted COVID-19 Research Hero Awards to scientists who stepped up during an unprecedented time in health care. |  |
