DESCRIPTION:The University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Medicine will host the fifth statewide Rural Medicine Education Symposium, "The Rural Impact 2026," from Friday, Feb. 20, to Saturday, Feb. 21, in the Norman C. Nelson Student Union.Find more information and register for the symposium.Physician educators contribute to improving public health by delivering patient care and developing comprehensive educational programs across the continuum of medical education, including students, residents, fellows and independently practicing physicians.
