Main ContentStraight Answers to Parenting Challenges
Parenting is not always easy, but it's helpful to know you're not alone. Food for Thought is a series of educational dinners about challenges facing our children. Presented by the Junior League of Jackson in partnership with the Center for Advancement of Youth (CAY), each dinner focuses on a different parenting issue.
Together, CAY and the Junior League of Jackson are sponsoring this series of interactive programs for parents. Far from being a dry lecture, these dinners are discussions where child development experts share their knowledge in a relaxed, conversational setting. Parents can ask questions and get real answers to real questions from CAY staff. Junior League volunteers will provide activities for the children.
This free education series is open to the community.
Dinner will be provided (first-come, first-served), and childcare (ages 3 to 10) is available.
